Ch 107: My Dad is a Popular Manga Villain

Chapter 107

Before actually trying it, Albin always thought it would be similar to the upper and lower lips touching when pursing them.

Until this moment, he suddenly opened his eyes wide as if struck by lightning, and was shocked to find that—

Xiao Hei’s lips were so soft.

Albin couldn’t help but wonder if he had been eating too much dry bread lately, which was why he felt this way?

Xiao Hei, with his strong muscles, actually had such soft lips? It was unbelievable.

He usually touched foreheads with Xiao Hei, nose to nose, and he was very familiar with Xiao Hei’s breathing. Kissing was just a matter of touching, not bringing them much closer, but he felt a strange feeling welling up inside him.

He didn’t know if it was the effect of their breath, but he felt his face getting hot.

It was all because Xiao Hei’s breath was too hot!

Albin’s eyelashes trembled as he looked at Blake in front of him.

Too close.

He had never seen Xiao Hei so closely before, and he felt like he could even see the lines of Xiao Hei’s irises clearly.

Beautiful eyes, long eyelashes, handsome eyebrows, soft lips, and… such a lovely person.

He could feel it; Blackie’s breathing was erratic.

What was Blackie thinking?

His heart pounded, and Albin’s ears burned. He felt like he was being steamed and melted by Blackie’s breath and gaze.

Yet, he felt incredibly happy; his heart seemed to be leaping with joy, completely out of control.

Eavesdropping and spying were reaching their closest point yet.

It seemed he had become even closer to Blackie.

This realization alone excited him immensely.

He and Blackie had been separated for eight years, but they had reunited. Time and amnesia hadn’t diminished their relationship; in fact, they had become even closer.

Time seemed to stand still. After what felt like an eternity, the two finally separated.

Albin covered his lips with the back of his hand, turned his head away, and darted around, refusing to look at Blackie.

So hot!

Why was his face so hot!

The sensation of their earlier touch lingered on his lips, a pleasurable feeling that brought a silly grin to Albin’s face.

He’d never thought kissing was anything special, nor understood why it was so popular, but now, Albin seemed to understand.

How strange… it was just a kiss, yet he felt like he was about to explode.

Albin pressed his hand to his heart, feeling as if it would burst at any moment. The thunderous pounding of his heart echoed in his ears, especially when he could feel Blake’s breathing; it pounded even harder.

Blackie, Blackie…

Though he dared not look at him, his mind was filled with Blake, the man he’d just kissed.

Blake, equally afraid to look at him, fell into an eerie silence, the only sounds the pounding of their hearts and their breathing filling the room.

“Blackie…” Albin’s gaze was still unfocused, his face still flushed. He asked softly, “Can we try again?”

Like someone who had just eaten their favorite cake, he blinked his bright eyes, pleading for another bite.

“…Okay,” Blake replied hoarsely.

Albin glanced at him and suddenly noticed that Blake’s face was also flushed, and he was actually trying to bite his knuckles to control his emotions.

Oh, so Blackie does this too!

Thinking this, Albin felt much more at ease.

That must be normal.

He chuckled and gently removed Blake’s bitten knuckles, his fingers tracing the teeth marks, enjoying Blake’s stiff, red, and bewildered posture.

So cute…like he’d been bullied, utterly adorable.

There was no need to control his emotions; he was cute no matter what, and Albin wanted to see it all.

Albin wrapped his arms around Blake’s neck, and Blake, like a large dog with a collar, softened all his sharpness, becoming unbelievably docile.

He leaned closer to Blake, their noses touching affectionately: “Last time I kissed you, this time it’s Blackie’s turn.”

Since it was a discussion, there had to be a give and take.

He wondered if kissing and being kissed felt different?

“Okay.” Blake’s eyes flickered, and he asked hesitantly, “Should I open my mouth this time?”

“Open my mouth?” Albin blinked in confusion.

“The way those people kissed before seemed different from what I saw just now.”

Although he had only glanced at it briefly, as a close-combat expert, Blake’s eyesight was quite good, which was why he was able to spot the man in the scarlet cloak in time.

Albin recalled that his eyesight wasn’t that sharp, but he had encountered similar situations much more often.

“Indeed.” Albin nodded. “Then let’s do it that way.”

He closed his eyes with curiosity and anticipation.

Just now, he was probably thinking about Blackie because he had met Blackie’s gaze directly. This time, closing his eyes should be fine. Putting aside external factors, he could properly experience the feeling of kissing!

Blake stared at the white-haired boy in front of him, who had obediently closed his eyes and tilted his head slightly like a lamb, letting him do as he pleased. His Adam’s apple bobbed, and the feeling from before resurfaced in his mind, causing his heart to race again.

So cute…the little white-haired boy who wanted to kiss him was so cute.

He wrapped his arms around Albin’s waist, pulled him closer, and lowered his head to touch that softness.

He had never been so close to Albin before, and this gesture, more intimate than holding hands, filled him with immense satisfaction.

He had found Little White.

He was still Little White’s closest friend, and no one could take his place.

He could gaze at Little White more closely than anyone else, without the thick walls, without the peepholes, and without the dream world.

Little White was right here, in his arms.

And he could get even closer.

Blake slowly opened his mouth, accepting the invitation, and awkwardly probed into Albin’s mouth, beginning to explore this new world, to touch the native.

“Ugh!” Albin, who had been keeping his eyes closed, suddenly opened them, his once smiling eyes now filled with helplessness. He grabbed Blake’s black hair haphazardly, seeking support to keep from falling.

Even though he was prepared, and it was what he had hoped for, Albin was still greatly shocked by this unconventional dance.

Blake held his head, continuing the dance.

He felt an unprecedented sense of satisfaction, all the excitement in his heart manifesting in his actions.

The two novices stumbled and groped, completely disorganized, but as they explored together, they gradually became immersed in the experience.

When he stepped back, Albin’s eyes were exceptionally bright, misty with tears.

He wiped his mouth, took a deep breath, his cheeks burning hot, almost as red as his eyes, but he was incredibly excited, his gaze constantly glancing at Blake.

Kissing was actually this enjoyable?

Unlike before, this time he had no time for idle thoughts, completely focused on the experience.

He had intended to close his eyes to feel the kiss, but what he felt was entirely Black, a dangerous, even aggressive Black completely enveloping him, as if it wanted to devour him.

Hands, breath, lips, scent… with his eyes closed, everything he perceived was magnified.

But Black was so cute too~

Albin smiled faintly.

Trying to kiss Black was a brilliant idea!

Even better, in the following days, Albin noticed that the unease Blake had occasionally displayed seemed to have dissipated.

He hadn’t expected this unexpected bonus.

“I feel like something’s off about you two lately,” Arthur asked, puzzled.

“Really?” Albin tilted his head and asked.

Arthur was just about to say something when Lina hurriedly covered his mouth and said with a smile, “It’s nothing. It just feels like the two of you have been in better spirits lately.”

“Probably because I’m in a good mood.” Picking up the basket of food, Albin added, “I’m going to bring him lunch.”

In the valley, Blake was suddenly pulled into his own mental space by an unseen force.

Standing in a magnificent palace, he looked up at the man seated above him.

The blond man glared at him unhappily and reminded him arrogantly, “Have you forgotten? You were utterly defeated by that man. You swore you would surpass him.”

Blake replied, “Of course I haven’t forgotten.”

“Then hurry up and master the flames I’ve taught you! Stop wasting all your time on that little sweetheart of yours.”

Blake frowned and answered seriously, “First, Xiaobai isn’t my sweetheart. We’re friends. Second, I haven’t neglected my training because of Xiaobai. I don’t understand why you’d say that.”

In fact, because he wanted to protect Xiaobai, he trained even harder than before. And with Xiaobai around, daily life was much easier. Xiaobai was even willing to spar with him.

The Sun God choked on his words.

What kind of friends act like you two?

“Friends who kiss each other?” he sneered.

He could barely stand looking at how clingy they were.

Blake replied calmly, “What’s wrong with that?”

Xiaobai had simply become interested in kissing and asked him to try it together.

To Blake, it was no different from when Xiaobai came up with a new spell and dragged him along to test it. He genuinely saw nothing strange about it.

The Sun God let out a cold laugh.

“If there’s nothing wrong with it, then why did you block my sight?”

During the kiss, Blake had actually sealed off the mental space completely. If that wasn’t a guilty conscience, what was?

The Sun God narrowed his eyes and tested him. How had Blake suddenly gained that kind of strength and willpower? Before this, he’d never been capable of such a thing.

Blake replied proudly, “Because that was a cute expression Albin only showed to me. I didn’t want anyone else to see it.”

The Sun God: …

Damn lovestruck idiot.

Looks like he’d overthought things. There was no way this brat possessed the power to resist him.

The Sun God continued teaching Blake the secrets of flame manipulation. Once he was finished, he kicked Blake back out.

After Blake left, the Sun God’s expression became grave as he sank into thought.

Originally, he had intended to stay hidden for several more decades, waiting until Zeman was thoroughly dead before revealing himself again.

What he hadn’t expected was that this brat had actually become entangled with Zeman’s faction.

Logically, he should have taken control of the boy and made him flee immediately—just as he had once frozen him in place to keep him away from Zeman.

But news that Zeman had been seriously wounded by the Night God made him hesitate.

Part of him mocked Zeman’s overconfidence. The Night God was someone even he feared.

Yet another part saw an opportunity.

Perhaps he finally had a chance to eliminate Zeman.

Compared to hiding for decades, personally killing Zeman would do far more to restore his dignity.

The god-slayer Zeman deserved punishment.

He needed to confirm the extent of Zeman’s injuries, and Blake’s encounter with Zeman had provided exactly that opportunity.

He knew about the relationship between Zeman and Jacques, so he knew Zeman would never truly kill the boy.

Although Blake had suffered a crushing defeat, the encounter confirmed his suspicion:

The Night God had indeed injured Zeman severely.

Immediately, new possibilities began forming in his mind.

The last time Zeman had been seriously wounded, he hadn’t been able to finish him off because his host body had still been too weak, and his newly separated soul fragment had been unstable as well.

But things were different now.

This brat possessed extraordinary talent and was progressing rapidly. The Sun God himself had also recovered a considerable amount of strength.

This time, revenge might actually be possible.

Moreover, he’d learned that Zeman intended to become a god.

Although he’d used a curse to strip away Zeman’s original chance at godhood, he couldn’t be certain that Zeman hadn’t found another path.

Given Zeman’s abilities, stealing another deity’s divine authority was entirely possible.

No matter what, he absolutely could not allow that to happen.

If Zeman became a god, it would be like creating an even more hostile version of the Night God.

That outcome had to be prevented.

The reason he’d acted against Zeman in the first place was to eliminate any possibility of his ascension.

There was no way he would now sit back and watch it happen.

There must never be another new god in this world.

He continued teaching Blake his techniques.

He needed Blake to defeat Zeman.

Of course, he knew Blake couldn’t possibly reach Zeman’s level in such a short time.

But if Zeman was severely injured, that was another matter entirely.

And besides, the boy carried an additional identity that Zeman would never dare strike down.

The advantage is mine.

The Sun God decided to stake everything on this gamble.

Albin’s appearance had come as a surprise.

He immediately recognized him—the former Holy Child, Zeman’s son, the brat who had dared offend him.

Who would have thought that this boy was the Xiaobai Blake had never stopped talking about?

That worked out nicely.

Both of their bodies would be useful to him eventually.

Unfortunately, neither body had reached its peak potential yet. If circumstances weren’t so urgent, he would never choose to possess them prematurely.

He had no interest in using a body weaker than other humans, nor did he want to start training from scratch.

As the Sun God planned his next moves—

Thorn City.

Moon arrived carrying gifts, intending to surprise his younger brother.

This time he hadn’t sent advance notice. He simply came directly to Thorn City.

However, when the castle steward heard his purpose, he said,

“Lord Ross is not currently in the city.”

Moon frowned.

According to Zeman’s plans, his brother should have been safely protected within Thorn City.

At that moment, the steward brought over a letter.

“Lord Ross instructed us that if anyone came looking for him, this letter should be given to them.”

Puzzled, Moon broke the wax seal with magic and opened the letter.

Inside was a single message:

Don’t worry, everyone. I’m running away from home for just a little while.

— OvO, your adorable Albin

Moon’s pupils shook violently.

The hand holding the note began trembling.

His little brother had entered his rebellious phase!
